Features:

* there are Group A, B and C for the PCB depaneling machine, The whole cutting process is divided into 3 stages. The stress of the cutting process can be reduced by 80% than the traditional one-cut process for the small cutting quantity each time. And the edges of the board are quite smooth after cutting.

* because of many times of cutting, the cutting process is very stable, greatly improving the positioning ability of the V-CUT slot. Even if the V-CUT slot is very shallow, there will be no V-CUT slot jumping out of the guide knife, avoiding the bad.

* Unique bar design, can quickly separating the edge of the LED board, for the development of LED aluminum substrate, also suitable for other long strip substrates.

* As the low cutting force of the blade for the aluminum PCB separator , it can prolong the working life of the blades and reduce the cost.

* This PCB cutting machine can separate the LED panel with the component and won’t bend and twist after cutting.

* The platform can be filled with troughs to facilitate the storage of the divided substrates. The platform is optional for1.2 meters and 2.4 meters.
