ASCEN manual axial lead forming equipment cuts and bends the taped axial components and loose axial component for vertical mount configuration(F shape assembly).

Features:

1. Suitable for taped and loose axial components bending and cutting feet, such as belt resistors and diodes.bending and cutting feet can be finished by one time. Strong processing ability.

2. Suitable for mass production, stable quality and simple operation.

3.Independent rotary disc cutters for longer cutting life, material SKD-11.

4. AL-820F is a handcrank unit.

5. Quick and easy set-up.

6. Optional Bender tooling for 0.030" (0.76mm) to 0.050" (1.25mm) lead diameters.
