When open the equipment wooden cast packing,please check the 3 ply medical mask making machine part.The whole set of 3 ply medical face mask making machine set up and installation that mainly include total 6 module,1 piece of feeder unit,1 piece of mask forming unit,1 piece of conveyor unit,2 piece of mask welding unit,and 2 piece of belt conveyor,2 piece of output conveyor.
Of course,you still will find out other constituent part that be unloaded.
Note: during the equipmen set up,please don’t open the machine power and start the single machine unit
1.Assembly mask forming unit
4)Adjust the mask forming unit height via the height mark

1)Assembly the part 1 of the mask forming machine
This part will be unload when packing. So please install this part 1.
2)Assembly the feeder of the medical mask making machine
Install the nose wire holder,after that,please connect this feeder to the forming unit
Note: you can see some material remain on the forming unit, please don’t pull out the remained material, this material use to help you loading your reel material when you finish install the whole set equipment.this is very important
3)Connect the signal port of both mask forming unit and the feeder
4)Adjust the mask forming unit height via the height mark
6)Connect the ultrasonic machine to the mask making machine
Because the shipping,the ultrasonic unit will be unloaded and independent packaging, please find out the following ultrasonic unit be placed the machine inside,and then to plug in the built-in power supply of forming unit and connect the port.(please don’t open the machine power)

2,Connect the conveyor unit of 3 ply mask making machine
1)The conveyor unit has been marked the height , you can see the marked height on the machine, please adjust the conveyor unit height via the mark.
2)Connect the conveyor unit to the forming machine,Please alignment the output position of forming unit
3,Assembly the welding unit of mask making machine
1)assembly the earloop holder of the welding machine
2)assembly the conveyor of the welding machine
the conveyor will be unloaded when packing,you only need to assembly the conveyor via the mark line
3)assembly the air filter to welding unit
4)Set up the welding machine to the mask forming machine
install 2 piece of belt conveyor to the welding machine according the marked number and adjust the height of welding unit via the height mark.
NO.4 install to NO.4 position of conveyor unit
NO.3 install to NO.3 position of conveyor unit
NO.1 install to NO.1 position of welding unit
NO.2 install to NO.2 position of welding unit
Note:because the mask transfer easy to get the affect from the installation,the equipment production line already pass the installation adjust test, the install position all with the marked, only need to connect the belt conveyor according the marked installation position. And adjust the welding machine height according the height mark.
Connect the ultrasonic machine
Because the shipping,the ultrasonic unit will be unloaded and independent packaging, please find out the following ultrasonic unit be placed on the welding machine for packing, and then to plug in the built-in power supply of forming unit and connect the port.(please don’t open the machine power)

5)Connect the output conveyor to the welding unit and connect the signal port.
At the end finish the whole line installation same as following picture
4,Check the equipment power supply
If your require 110V for the equipment,your equipment will equip the customized power supply as the following picture,please connect the different machine unit according the mark on the power supply.when connect the corrected power and please try to start to open the machine for further adjustment.
